Topic: Food Emulsion

We would like to learn more about emulsion formulation and testing for applications with dairy-based or cheese-based retort products. In particular, we would like to better understand the emulsion process including ingredient functionality, formulation, stability, measurement, testing, and analysis. In addition, we would like to identify an expert with practical experience in this area to advise and provide guidance on best practices and troubleshooting of these processes.
