I would like to speak with a subject matter expert who has advanced knowledge in automotive and commercial transportation equipment requirements (load binders, tie downs, rhino ramps, jack stands and more) along with a comprehensive understanding of DOT regulations. Candidate should have several years of experience as a technical compliance expert, coach / mentor, and be qualified to provide advanced guidance on issues, recommendations and more. A chosen participant should be comfortable teaching a class of engineers regarding transportation equipment principles, including materials, methods, regulations and the like. A chosen advisor will also be asked to take part in a committee to quickly diagnose and solve complex transportation / automotive equipment issues with consumer products and should have knowledge of North American (state, federal and country) requirements.
