I would like to learn more about manufacturing processes of whey protein and casein. In particular, we are seeking industry experts who can provide details regarding the current manufacturing methodologies and machinery employed for transforming purchased milk into rennet casein, particularly in Ireland (and ideally, the United States). Additionally, I would like to better understand the large-scale production of whey protein in the Unites States (with annual production ranging from 100 million to billions of pounds). Our focus is identifying and understanding all cost inputs rather than building the actual manufacturing line.
