I am a former Captain in the Air Force who has also worked at various Defense Contractors as well as spent years in Telecom. I was the Director of the Process Improvement Initiative at 3Com Corp and served over 15,000 by implementing new continuous improvement and statistical process control techniques. I maintained our ISO 9000 certification as well as other standards that I put in place for all engineering disciplines.
