Emerick Construction Co. is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Corey M. Lohman as their new President effective July 16th, 2012.

He will be the 5th President in a strong line of Emerick leadership and share in the same prestige of the likes of Larry Sitz, Kevin Spellman, Paul E. Emerick and the founder himself, Paul B. Emerick since our inception in 1943.

As Corey began his career at Emerick back in 2000, he has worked his way up through the ranks. Always looking for innovative ways to improve situations and maximizing potential, Corey started Special Projects Group (SPG) from the ground up in 2005. He saw a niche and capitalized on it by investing all of his time to develop a business model that focused on: high standards of quality, craftsmanship, leadership and relationship based practices. Within 5 years of its inception, he had tripled business and grown SPG to a $20 Million a year division of Emerick Construction Co. He became division manager during this period and really showed his progressive business methods, which proved his ability to lead a group of people to greater heights. He is a great cultivator of his employees and brings out the best in people.

His savvy business skills impressed the Board so much, that he was promoted to Vice President of Emerick in 2010. With his drive he has continued to grow SPG and has now taken this successful model and applied it to the entire company. Sheer dedication to his company has excelled him to the person he is today, the new face of Emerick Construction, ready to take the company to new heights and push the boundaries of construction.
