Before this, she led as Head of MBA programs at LIM Business School, overseeing diverse aspects, including learning processes, faculty, e-learning, and alumni relations. She's passionate about streamlining processes, swiftly identifying optimal solutions, and driving impact professionally and through volunteering projects.

Hiring faculty, recruitment of participants. Implementing E-learning process. Post-program activities and managing alumni relations.

Representing interests of the EUC Ltd. in Ukraine and overall responsible for project implementation.
