Andy currently works exclusively in the real estate industry to streamline and optimize procurement processes and improve return on investment from MRO and capital improvement spend.
His expertise ranges from residential new construction and remodeling to light commercial multifamily development, including capital improvement, rehab, renovation, and MRO procurement. Having spent spent the first 22 years of his career in building materials supply, his experience comes from holding multiple senior leadership positions in retail, wholesale and manufacturing.
