I would like to speak with professionals who have experience developing, implementing, or selecting predictive cost forecasting tools that support procurement teams, particularly for direct materials and components. Specifically, I am interested in platforms that can integrate data from SAP (such as bill of materials, pricing, and sales forecasts), accept Excel-based inputs, and provide variance analyses across forecasted, planned, and buyer-estimated costs. Ideally, these tools also include dashboard reporting (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), product hierarchy views, and monthly comparison tracking. I am especially interested in hearing from those with insight into solutions that also support scenario modeling, commodity cost inputs, or API readiness, as well as those with experience in manufacturing, CPG, food/agriculture, or other industries with complex material sourcing needs.
