Employee Stock Purchase Plans

I would like to learn more about the provider side of administration and recordkeeping of Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPPs) for public companies. In particular, I am interested in better understanding enrollment processes, purchase calculations, settlements, data feeds and conversions, compliance filings (e.g., Section 6039), and system testing and integration. Additionally, I am curious about the typical team structures, the tools commonly used for ESPP recordkeeping, and levels of automation in processes.
